The makers of Mahavatar Narsimha released the teaser of the film on the occasion of Makar Sankranthi on Tuesday. The film is the first part of the animated series by Hombale Films and Kleem Productions, and it narrates the mythological story of Bhakt Prahlad's immense devotion to Lord Vishnu.

The teaser gives a sneak-peek into the popular legend of Lord Vishnu's fourth avatar called Narsimha, who was half-lion, half-man. The teaser, however, doesn't reveal the face of Lord Vishnu's incarnation as Narsimha.
